Spectrum Light Weight PLA filament is a modern filament based on PLA. The uniqueness of this material results from the use of innovative active foaming technology, activated by temperature.

In the full foaming phase, the filament increases its volume by over 2 times, reaching an extremely low density of approximately 0.52 g/cm3. This material gives the user incredible flexibility in adjusting material flow, allowing it to be reduced by up to 55%. This, in turn, allows you to create elements with significantly reduced weight. Additionally, it is possible to use the foaming ability to speed up the 3D printing process by using layers of greater thickness or single, solid outlines.

The LayFomm 60 is another 3D printing filament created by Kai Parthy, the creator of such filaments as LayWood, Lay Brick and Reflect-o-Lay. LayFomm 60 filament is a 3D printing material with two components: an elastomer similar to rubber (TPU) and a water-soluble (PVA). After printing, place the item in water. After one to four days water-soluble (PVA) component dissolves. As a result, we received a very porous and flexible object that looks like foam. LayFomm 60 is slightly firmer than LayFomm 40.

Filament PETG - a thermoplastic polymer from a group of polyesters in the form of fibre, used for 3D printing using the FFF method. Filament wound on a spool, vacuum packed with a moisture absorber. The spool contains 1 kg of net material. It can be used in all FFF printers that are not protected from external suppliers and open-source structures before use. PETG is material friendly for beginners, the material is available in covering and transparent colours.

The PETG material is essentially the same as the known PET material from which PET bottles are made. The G in the acronym PETG stands for Glycol which is added during the manufacturing process. Glycol modifies the properties of PET so that it’s easier to print and less brittle. It is a strong and tough material, which is characterized by good thermal stability.
