- DELIVERY RATES AND POLICIES
The products solicited through www.marwiol.com, can be sent to everyone. You will be able to specify a delivery direction different from your personal direction or billing by selecting it during the purchase process, whenever the new direction is within the indicated delivery area above.
The delivery will be carried out by means of a transport company in the direction indicated by the user, as soon as the payment has been verified by our administration department.

- RIGHT OF RETURN

- PRODUCT COMPLAINT

It is recommended that the Customer provided in the description of the complaint: (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of the defect; (2) demand a way to bring the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement or a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement; and (3) contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements set out in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.
The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond to the Seller within the above-mentioned period means that the Seller considered the complaint right.
If it is necessary for the Seller to respond to the Customer's complaint or to exercise the Customer's rights under the warranty, it will be necessary to deliver the Product to the Seller, the Customer will be asked by the Seller to deliver the Product at the Seller's expense to the address of ul. Ciechanowiecka 32, 17-300 Siemiatycze. However, if due to the type of defect, type of Product or the method of its installation, the delivery of the Product by the Customer would be impossible or excessively difficult, the Customer will be asked to make the Product available to the Seller at the place where the Product is located, after prior arrangement of the date.
The request for delivery of the product does not affect the time limit for the Seller to respond to the Customer's complaint and does not violate the Customer's right to request the Seller to dismantle the defective Product and reinstall the product after replacing it with a defect-free one or removing the defect.
- OUR RESPONSIBILITY
These general conditions define all of our obligations and responsibilities relating to the product (s). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, or accept any condition or other term that binds us, except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. In particular, we will not be required to ensure that the product (s) are suitable for your purposes unless you have informed us at the time of entering into the agreement and we have accepted them.
We will make reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of any information we include in the online store. We do not guarantee that the webshop meets its requirements, is not interrupted or contains errors, that defects will be corrected, that the site or server that makes them available is free of viruses or errors or the total functionality, accuracy and/or reliability of the online store. We will not be liable to you for any loss of content or material downloaded or transmitted via the online store.
