Description
Tarfuse® is a brand of 3D printing filaments of Grupa Azoty S.A., the largest chemical company in Poland.
POM (Polyoxymethylene) filament, is a stronger variant of thermoplastic filament with amazing self-bonding properties that makes printed objects really sturdy and less prone to delamination. POM is known as having the same feature as nylon, but with a bit weaker structure bonds.
POM filament is normally used for printing precision parts that require high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability.
Suggested printing parameters:
Nozzle temperature: 210 - 240°C
Build chamber temperature: 70-140°C
Bed temperature: 100 - 130°C
Bed material: cellulose (paper, wood, cork) mat + PVA glue type
Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
Print speed: 10-30 mm/s (slowly)
