Description
Tarfuse® filament is a brand of 3D printing filaments of Grupa Azoty S.A., the largest chemical company in Poland.
The Tarfuse® PA6 GF15 filament is polyamide 6 (PA6) reinforced with staple glass fibre. Thanks to this, the material has antistatic and electrically conductive properties. It is perfect for printing elements with high strength requirements. Printed elements are characterised by reduced water absorption.
To ensure good print quality, it is recommended to dry in a dryer with an air dehumidifier for 4-16 h at 80°C
Tarfuse filaments are manufactured under:
RoHS Directive 1 and 2 (2011/65/EC, 2015/863),
REACH Regulation 1907/2006/EC.
Suggested printing parameters:
Nozzle temperature: 270 - 280°C
Build chamber temperature: 20-90°C
Bed temperature: 30 - 110°C
Bed material: glass, polycarbonate (PC) mat, polyamide (PA) mat + PVA glue type
Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
Print speed: 30 - 60 mm/s
