Description
Polymaker Fiberon PA6 is a family of Nylon/polyamide based filaments. Produced with Polymaker’s Warp-Free™ technology, PolyMide filaments deliver Nylon's intrinsic engineering properties and easy printing.
Polymaker FiberonPA6-GF25 is a PA6 (nylon 6) filament reinforced with 25% glass fibre. This material offers excellent thermal and mechanical properties without compromising layer adhesion. PA6-GF25 is a glass fibre-reinforced PA6 (Nylon 6) filament. The material exhibits excellent thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing layer adhesion.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS
Nozzle Temperature:280˚C – 300˚C *
Printing Speed:30mm/ – 60mm/s
Bed Temperature:25˚C – 50˚C (Do NOT exceed 50 ˚C)
Bed Surface:almost any surface with a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA
Cooling Fan:OFF
