Description
Tarfuse® filament is a brand of 3D printing filaments of Grupa Azoty S.A., the largest chemical company in Poland.
The Tarfuse® PA ESD filament is made of polyamide 6 (PA6) with the addition of ground carbon, thanks to which it has antistatic properties. This feature of PA ESD filament makes this material suitable for printing protective elements of electronic components.
In order to ensure good print quality, it is recommended to dry in a dryer with an air dehumidifier for 4-16 h at 80°C
Tarfuse filaments are manufactured in accordance with:
RoHS Directive 1 and 2 (2011/65/EC, 2015/863),
REACH Regulation 1907/2006/EC.
Suggested printing parameters:
Nozzle temperature: 270 - 300°C
Build chamber temperature: 20-70°C
Bed temperature: 30 - 100°C
Bed material: glass, polycarbonate (PC) mat, polyamide (PA) mat + PVA glue type
Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.6 mm
Print speed: 30 - 60 mm/s
