The LayFomm 60 is another 3D printing filament created by Kai Parthy, the creator of such filaments as LayWood, Lay Brick and Reflect-o-Lay. LayFomm 60 filament is a 3D printing material with two components: an elastomer similar to rubber (TPU) and a water-soluble (PVA). After printing, place the item in water. After one to four days water-soluble (PVA) component dissolves. As a result, we received a very porous and flexible object that looks like foam. LayFomm 60 is slightly firmer than LayFomm 40.

The material is commonly used for the production of flexible components, such as gaskets, guards, bumpers, spacers and shock pads. It will prove suitable for the manufacture of components that will be subjected to high stresses and deformations in the construction assumptions.

Tarfuse PLA filament is an easy-to-use 3D printing filament compared to other types of materials. PLA filament can be printed using low to moderate temperatures and higher print speeds in FDM technology. Mechanical parameters as well as other properties of the printed model largely depend on the 3D printing conditions, such as printing temperature, extrusion speed, cooling system, etc. Compared to other 3D printing materials, the Tarfuse PLA filament shows low shrinkage and thus much lower susceptibility to warping therefore it is possible to print without a special cooling system.

Patented Jam-Free™ technology dramatically improves the heat stability of Polymaker PLA filaments, by combining the latest developments in biopolymer formulation and advanced polymer processing technologies. As a result, Polymaker PolyLite PLA filament exhibits a high softening temperature of more than 140 °C, over 80 degrees higher than all other PLA filaments currently on the market. ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is a UV-resistant weatherable polymer.
